Guardian Homes

Guardian homes are another option to have a Havanese as your pet.  For an extremely discounted price you can own a beautiful Havanese Companion.  We are looking for guardian families who live within a few hour drive from Central Florida.    We will need to get to know you real well because you will become an important part of our lives.

      Since we do not believe in kenneling our Havanese Pups and for us to grow our breeding program we have implemented the guardian home program.  This allows for our dogs to be in loving families and receive the care and love from an approved family.  

     The pick of the litter puppy or young adult (chosen by breeder) to be a breeding dog.  Country Sweet Havanese will hold breeding rights/ownership until  the end of the Guardian Home Contract ends.  As a guardian home, the pup/dog will live in your home as a family member.  On occasion the guardian family must be willing to travel for health testing (related to breeding-paid by breeder), mating, whelping, and or raising puppies.  After the dog is finished with their breeding career. Terms are flexible and agreements/contracts are individualized and tailored to meet the needs of the breeder and guardian owner.  Any expenses related to breeding will be the breeder's responsibility.  Normal yearly wellness care and accident care will be the responsibility of the guardian home family.  As a breeding dog, the name of the dog will be agreed upon by bother the breeder and the guardian home family.
