About Us

I am a certified teacher and going to school to become a certified dog trainer.  My passion has always been animals and children.  Therefore, I decided to create an opportunity for me to incorporate all my passions into one entity; That is how Country Sweet Havanese was created!  However, since I have various medical issues that prevent me from teaching fulltime; my family joined me on this furry friend adventure.  Since I can no longer teach full time, my family decided to devote our time, money, and love to this "furever" family business. As we endeavor in this undertaking and continue to improve, our first priority is our fur babies.  We want to produce healthy, happy pups that have wonderful temperaments.  Our family has plans to add to Country Sweet Havanese once I become a certified dog trainer.  I have a vision of incorporating therapy dogs and infusing my love for education and interweave them all together. However, none of this is possible without Jim and my son, Nikolas.
